If nothing else for the environment... It will be important to realise that using paper is NOT OK! A blackboard works, it says almost the same thing as paper, let's not be silly people, it's our planet we're talking about.

A CR2025 battery must be inserted into the tablet (battery not included!). After inserting the battery, you turn the tablet on its back side where you will find a switch that moves left and right - towards the locked and unlocked locks. The switch must be facing the unlocked lock, as only then can you press the delete button to erase the erased page. If you want to save the erased page, point the switch towards the locked lock.
