Red light therapy stimulates collagen and elastin production, while hot compresses and massage improve circulation and relaxation. For optimal results, we recommend 10 minutes of use daily. Insert the selected attachment into the high-frequency machine until it clicks into place. Set the device to zero and switch it on. Hold the handle and touch the electrode with your finger before placing it on the skin. Place the electrode on the skin and withdraw your finger. Adjust the intensity to a comfortable level and move the electrode in small circles for up to five minutes.
